• If You're Already at the Airport (Day of Travel): Speak directly with a Customer Service Agent or Gate Agent for any last-minute changes. They can help fastest. • Running Late or About to Miss Your Flight? Call or text Paul at 208-407-8127 immediately so he can assist you as quickly as possible. Keep calling to you get him!! •Making a Change in Advance? Email admin@aeromkg.com with FLIGHT CHANGE NEEDED in Subject line. Write what change you need — and, if you’ve already made the change yourself, email admin@aeromkg.com the updated details (flight, time, etc.).
When picking up a rental car for AERO Marketing Group, please do not select any additional options at the counter. This includes declining all insurance coverage — AERO carries a blanket insurance policy that fully covers all approved drivers. Also please do not choose the prepaid fuel option; you are responsible for stopping and filling the tank prior to returning the vehicle. And, do not add any extras such as GPS, satellite radio, or roadside assistance. Please stick to the base rental only. These guidelines help us keep our travel costs consistent and ensure smooth billing and compliance across all rentals. ** PLEASE MAKE SURE to video tape the car (before you leave and after you return it) to show the state its in. Interior and exterior – pan slowly. Talk and point out damage if you see any, and when you drop off note the location in the video.
